The power potentiometers are widely used in power applications such as electrical motor braking and speed control, power loading and galvanotechnical applications.
 

Commercialised since  Eleksan Ltd.'s establishement in 1970 the power potentiometers product range is composed of 4 different types of potentiometers of the standard series and custom designed potentiometers, manufactured following special customer requests.
 

Eleksan Ltd.'s power potentiometer range of products are in comformity with DIN 41.475/6 standards and share similar dimensional and electrical characteristics with their international counterparts.
 

The 4 different power potentiometer  types of the standard series cover a power range of 5 to 3000W.  Due to winding surface geometry and air flow maximising mechanical design, the power potentiometers do not require auxiliary cooling when operating under nominal conditions.
 

As a result of enhancements over our manufacturing technologies and development of our related machine pool,  Eleksan Ltd. is currently producing a wide range of power potentiometers, in the 13 to 480mm diameter range, of high winding resistance linearity and in comformity with international standards.
